Pharmacy Practice: Medicines focussed and Patient centred has been published by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society outlining the many roles and functions which pharmacists are responsible and accountable for in their daily professional lives. The Framework defines the core common roles expected of a newly qualified pharmacist and demonstrates their unique contribution to health and health care delivery.
