health policy leaders that highlights research studies that demonstrate the valuable roles hospital and
health-system pharmacists play in improving patient outcomes. The Society hopes that the
Health Policy Alerts will influence leaders in
health care as well as public policy decision-makers to engage the expertise of pharmacists on ways to improve societal medication-use.
